1. Agreement to Terms

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or using any of our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Are not subject to sanctions or included on any restricted persons list

3. Platform Description
Eternity Capital Holding Limited operates a financial technology platform that provides members with access to automated trading infrastructure, liquidity connectivity, and related tools. Available tools and service arrangements are described in the applicable account documentation.
Important: Use of the Platform involves financial risk. CFD trading and related financial instruments can result in the loss of part or all of your capital. Past performance of any strategy or system does not guarantee future results.
4. Account Registration
To access the Platform's member services, you must:
Complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information
Pass identity verification (KYC) as required by our compliance procedures
Keep your account credentials confidential and not share them with any third party
Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Eternity is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain the security of your credentials.

Use automated scripts, bots, or tools to access or interact with the Platform without authorisation
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
6. Financial Risk Disclosure
CFD trading and financial derivatives involve significant risk and are not suitable for all investors.

You may lose part or all of the funds associated with your account
Past performance does not guarantee future results
Leveraged instruments can magnify both gains and losses
Market conditions, liquidity, and execution may not always align with expectations
By using the Platform, you acknowledge that you understand these risks and accept responsibility for your financial decisions. Eternity does not provide personalised financial advice. Nothing on the Platform constitutes a recommendation to invest.
7. Deposits and Withdrawals
Deposits are made in USDT to your linked Platform account
Withdrawals are processed to the wallet address registered to your account
Processing times may vary depending on network conditions and verification requirements
Eternity reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawals where required by law, for security purposes, or during investigations into suspicious activity
All transactions are final once processed and confirmed on the relevant blockchain network
8. Fees
Eternity charges platform fees on trading activity and related services. Fee structures are disclosed within the Platform. We reserve the right to update fee structures with reasonable prior notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks, logos, software, and materials on the Platform are owned by or licensed to Eternity Capital Holding Limited. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform integrates with third-party liquidity providers, infrastructure partners, and service providers. We are not responsible for the actions, services, or content of third parties. Their terms and policies apply to their respective services.
11. Disclaimers
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Eternity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the Platform
Accuracy or completeness of any information provided on the Platform
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eternity Capital Holding Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for:
Loss of profits, revenue, or data
Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Losses arising from market movements, execution delays, or system downtime
Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you to Eternity in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eternity Capital Holding Limited and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
14. Suspension and Termination
Eternity reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:
You breach these Terms
We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
We reasonably suspect fraud, money laundering, or misuse of the Platform
You provide false or misleading information
Upon termination, your right to access the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue to apply.
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
The applicable service agreement specifies the governing law and dispute resolution arrangements for that service.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting updated Terms on the Platform with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these Terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
